2nd northwest

2nd Northwest Cooperative Homes is an affordable home ownership community established in 1978.  Three alternative plans were developed to renovate the aging 145 units and 11 townhouses on over 5 acres, and with consideration for the financial ambitions and limitations of the community.  These plans included Stabilization, Upgraded Renovation, and a Best & Highest Use strategies.
