Scott Knudson, Principal
Years Experience: 37 Education: Bachelor of Architecture, Virginia Tech A design leader and team builder & mentor with over 30 years of experience across the spectrum of project typologies, Scott Knudson is the founder and Principal of Knu Design, LLC. His ability to discern program and budget, quickly evaluate and prioritize parameters and results, establish design vision, develop consensus, and take projects through masterplanning and entitlement processes. In-depth experience leading technically complex projects through all phases including production and construction is balanced with experience in new and renovation work in masterplanning, mixed use, multifamily, retail, educational, industrial, research, interiors, historic renovation, museums, & exhibit sectors. The recipient of over 16 design awards, he brings a broad spectrum of design and technical skills bolstered by sound judgement to ensure the financial, social, design, and technical success of your project. |

Chris O’Brien, Project Manager
Years Experience: 27 Education: Bachelor of Architecture, Wentworth Institute of Technology Interior Design, Fashion Institute of Technology An experienced architect in a range of project types, including all phases from programming to masterplanning through construction. Chris has worked on socially-responsible sustainable and urban-focused projects that motivate a pride of place to elevate the circumstances of residents in Washington DC, Chicago, Boston, and several cities overseas. |

Winifred Cope, Architectural Designer
Years Experience: 9 Education: B. Art, Interior Architecture, Cal State Wini works collaboratively with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure project objectives are met. She uses Revit to create presentations of finish and material selections, create permit, bid, and construction sets of drawings, create 3D images of projects, work on details in the construction documents, or to run a construction progress meeting. Her experience extends across a range of projects, including education, residential, hospitality, and commercial. |

David Revak, Architect
Years Experience: 18 Education: B.Arts in Architecture and Master of Architecture, University of Minnesota In addition to his deftness preparing construction documents using Revit and AutoCAD, David works on all phases of large-scale projects, managing the process and the presentations. His unique skills in visualization software such as 3DStudioMax are an asset to aid an accurate understanding of the proposed design. |
